Answering to this challenge we developed our mini wave soldering machine (ZS1-4R) and our selective soldering machine (Zelective) for medium production volumes and very short setup times.
These soldering machines are supplied with default lead free capabilities and can be customized incorporating a big range of options form automatic solder feeders, automated solder level control, flux mixing and feeding systems, Nitrogen generators, electrical tests, automated machine vision inspection systems, SPC software, off line programming, component marking, etc. We also supply custom solder nozzles, nitrogen diffusers and component tooling.
