Mini Wave Soldering Machine

ZS1-4R is a modular lean concept mini wave soldering machine customizable to most of your soldering and test applications. This modular approach results on significant reduction on operational flexibility and live cycle and costs.

This soldering machine is specially designed for solder of small PCB’s, coils, transformers and wire terminals at production rates up to 700 parts / hour.

Further, this soldering machine is equipped with quick change over tooling interfaces resulting on very short change over times.

Characteristics

 

The machine is equipped with 4 rotary indexing stations:
  • Station 1 – Loading / Unloading of Parts
  • Station 2 – Fluxing
  • Station 3 – Soldering
  • Station 4 – Test And / Or Marking
The control system is implemented on standard PLC, servomotors, drives and electronic components. This means that maintenance, spare parts management and life cycle cost are minimized.

User Interface:
 
ZS1-4R comprehensive user interface is made using a 5.7“ color touch screen. Using this interface the user can interact with the machine, program, store and load the soldering programs.
The mini wave soldering machine can be supplied with the options:

  •  Automatic Solder Wire Feeder
  •  Automatic Flux Feeder
  •  Flux Recirculation Circuit
  •  Automatic Solder Wave Height Control

Tools & Fixtures:  Part Fixtures, Fluxing Cups, Wave Nozzle, Nitrogen Diffusers, Alignment & Test Masters, Reject Chute.
Part Feeders: Bowl Feeders, Magazine Racks, Blister Tapes, Trays.
Test: Continuity, Resistance, Machine Vision.
Part Marking: Laser, Inkjet, Hot Stamping, Scribing, Etc.
